I dont know how to do a petition but would like to start one to see if we can get the land law change or a bypass for the law by the state government for the land that techman want to buy from his landlady but is being block because they need a half a mile blacktop to the land he want to buy. So who want to help start the petition and support so techman can have the land he wants to buy?

Thank you for trying to start this. I am talking to my landlady right now about owner financing. I pay rent anyway each month. She may try to allow me the right of way without pavement. If not then I have to see what happens.
