Small-ish manufactured homes in Dry Ridge, Kentucky

Was going through Dry Ridge today and while I was on the exit, I saw some small houses. Well, they're kinda small. They're probably like two of Troy's RVs put together, minus the solar porch. I would guess it is about 35x20 if anybody is interested, and it is located behind the Hampton Inn on that exit. Exit 159 take a left if going northbound/right if going southbound. It's probably 0.1 miles down the road. I couldn't get a name on it, but the sign for it has red text, or prices, but if anybody is in the area, feel free to check them out!
