Warning : Not all Grills have sepperat burners so methods may need to adjusted accordingly
Some grills alL cook hot even on a lower setting.
Ok on ward on this Culinary Delectable Delights.
First is the type of gril I have.
It is the Char Broil 46346115 series which has individual burners that allows for better control of the heat.
Second there are 2 types of Cooking Direct heat and in direct cooking.
We all do direct cooking on the bbq when we grill up that nice juicy steak
And hambergers.
Now there is a second method called indirect cooking.
On all grills we have a burner or in this case four plus the outer one, that can be controlled. Seperately.
It is this control that allows me to use the gro
grill like a mini oven where I am able to bake things like breads, cakes ,and cookies.
You can bake in grill so as long as you can get controll over the heat or keep a very dilljga t watch on it.
It takes practice and a timer and you will burn a few things on your first try.
Oh and a big hint..GET A THERMOMETER! It will save you grief in the long run.
Ps , Troy my phone take 3 megs at the smallest size.
