Troy if you can find mirrors at a thrift store this may help you.
I have seen them at goodwill for 2-3 dollars. And I am talking about the tall skinny ones but I know your panels are not tall and skinny, but you get the idea.

yes, I did see it, but am happy you posted it here. People can get a better overview here than on the comments.
I did have a look at the idea. It would be good for cloudy days. But you would need to set up a solar tracker in order for the panels to move and follow the sun for the best output.
That is something I plan to make one day. For now I am going to make solar panel frames with wheels so I can move the whole array as needed to follow the sun.
