This is one of my best all time projects I ever did for popularity. It is so simple and cheap.
I am gathering parts and ideas to make a solar USB charger for my cell phone and other devices. Hopefully I will have it one day soon. Ordered a bunch of USB plugs off ebay. Waited 30 days to finally get them and found I had the wrong ones.

Also , it seems that the Solar led strings have way better Circuits in them.
But they seem to be poorly protected from the elements. Great solar panels but lousy and i mean losy construct on the housing that exposes the electronics to rain.
He must have a secret hidden place he keeps all of your stuff. Maybe he is keeping your wallet until he is old enough to use the credit cards. lol
