Roof mounting solar pannels without making holes!

Think suggestions to mount pannels on top of your camper are good but I understand your point about not wanting to put leaks oops! I mean holes in the roof. Consider making a wood frame with a turntable mount so you can track the sun and make the frame so it extends beyond the side of the camper a few inches so you can lash the frames to a metal crossmember under the frame. Do not try it without them being lashed down or you may be picking them up off the ground in pieces! As you have expierienced wind can have some devastating results.

I hope to one day build a solar tracking system. I have all the ideas in my head. Just need time and money for the materials I need.
