Using a hose pipe inside a compost heat works very well. You need quite a bit of compost to make a good sized deep pile. In the UK they do a 12v immersion solar/wind immersion heater element. Which can be used to heat water in a standard water tank after your solar panels have finished topping off your batteries they can then be used for hot water. Has anyone ever thought of using composting toilet waste to make "Bio Gas" I have seen that if you ferment human or animal waste you can produce you own free "Bio Gas" Which can then be used as a fuel for cooking, Heating or to make electricity

Ok i have managed to ordered most of the parts i cannot find any old solenoid coils from a laser printer so i will see if i can perhaps wind 3 coils myself. Do you think that will work techman ? How many winds should i do for each coil ? Thanks for your help.
